We used the Bride's Helper wedding day management service for our wedding in October 2023. Abi's expertise is unmatched and she helped us in addressing all of our queries, gave great advice about the management of the day and recommended our wonderful photographer. Each phone call and message left us reassured that the wedding day management would be stress-free for us and it really was which helped us really enjoy our day. It was also great to have Abi as the main point of contact with our venue and suppliers in the last few weeks before the wedding which reduced a lot of stress for us at a critical time. Abi and Deborah were so organised, helpful and lovely, and we couldn't have executed the day we visioned without their support. The day ran smoothly and everything flowed perfectly. It was a weight off our shoulders having the Bride's Helper on the day; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to future brides!

We had our wedding in spring 2024 and used The Bride’s Helper as our planner and coordinator. One word to describe Abi is phenomenal! She was organised, responsive, diligent, and just so on the ball with everything. I myself can be a bit of a perfectionist, so was genuinely nervous about putting such an important day in the hands of a stranger but Abi lived up to the task and more. Her knowledge of the industry, vendors and our venue was incredible and allowed us to ensure we had even the most minute detail covered. Abi offered emotional support when life events meant that our plans went slightly off course and offered a much needed ear and a shoulder to cry on. During a time of extreme stress, this was really appreciated and just demonstrated how much Abi cared about us as a couple beyond just helping us have our dream wedding. Fast forward to the big day and Abi and the team genuinely delivered the wedding of our dreams. The day ran to time, our vendors exceeded our expectations and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the overall quality and experience of the entire day. Where do I even start? Last year Abi coordinated my traditional wedding and planned/coordinated my white destination wedding. Words can’t even describe how forever grateful we are. Her professionalism from start to finish was 10/10. For my traditional, every time I spoke to a vendor and mentioned Abi’s name they did nothing but sing her praises! Having a wedding planner that is so well connected should not be taken for granted. For example, due to high demand, the decorators for my traditional (Design4else, another 10/10 vendor) were unavailable when I initially inquired. I explained to Abi that they were my number 1 choice and she found a way to make it happen! Both of my weddings were just exceptional and we really had the time of our lives. We couldn’t have done it without Abi’s help.❤️❤️❤️

Abi and her team were simply amazing, making the impossible possible even on the day of our wedding. We had a turnaround at our wedding because of the numbers, we were expecting for both our ceremony and reception, and I kid you not something that was challenging us to take about 2hr 30 min was accomplished within 1hr 20 min! All of our vendors working together in making this happen, and this was all possible because of you!! Honestly, it is difficult to put into words how excellent Abi & her team are. We could write an essay on why booking them to coordinate our wedding day was the best [vendor-related] decision we made. But to put it simply, there is nobody more diligent, attentive, responsive, organised and knowledgable out there! The Bride's Helper just gets it!! Way before the big day came, Abi was working - giving us expert advice regarding vendors and logistics of the day, liaising with vendors and curating the order of the day etc. When the day came, Abi made us feel so at ease, we were able to really be present and enjoy every moment of our special day. Our family members did not have to run around like headless chickens during the ceremony and reception either, they were also able to be present and make beautiful memories with us. This was because Abi & her team were so efficient on the day, like they were 10 steps ahead of any possible mishaps. Our day ran so smoothly that even two months on our fam and friends are still gushing about how perfect the day was. Everything just flowed. Brides, Abi is like having a fairy godmother on your big day. She is there for YOU! She helped me calm my nerves, allowed me to practice my vows with her, was there during our exclusive shots to hype me with compliments, fix my hair, suggest sexy poses. She did it all!!! Where do I begin?? From first consultation I knew I was in good hands and right up till the end and thereafter; Abi and team were truly helpers! And I really did give them a lot of problems to solve hahah- from forgetting to pick up my wedding dress till the day the wedding before, to forgetting my wedding stationary to doubling my guest lists every month; Abi took it in her stride and provided solutions at every turn! We had Shalom on the team pick up my dress hours before I walked down the aisle- Magicians! Truly professional and detailed. Thank you so much for all you did for us- the vision, recommendations and executions were to a T. Even little details like having our pictures on our canapés to making sure we never noticed when things were not going to plan and fixing it on the day. I would have been overwhelmed and crashed otherwise. Thank you again for the help and quick thinking in stitching my overskirt on (another problem haha) one of the many ways Abi showed up and showed out.
